It’s essential to ask the right questions when hiring a social media marketer.
1. What is your #1 goal when marketing a business on social media for a brand?
As a small business owner, you need to understand what your goal is with your online marketing. It should align with the team you choose – if your goal is conversions and their goal is audience reach, the two of you will not be on the same page. That’s why it’s important to communicate these right off the hop.

Do they use a posting scheduling tool? How do they track the growth of the account? What kind of creative tools do they use? Their phone or do they have other photography equipment?

Every experienced marketer has a favourite (and least favourite) campaign, and it’s important they can articulate why they liked or disliked a campaign. If there. were issues during the campaign did they learn from the experience?
